We are seeking a Head Groom/Barn Manager to join our esteemed team at Allison Springer Eventing. As Allison’s “Right Hand Man” (or woman!), you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of our FEI eventing barn, ensuring every detail is impeccably managed.
Your dedication, and passion for these amazing animals will be paramount in maintaining the happiness and well-being of our horses, and team members. Communication and leadership skills are a must, as you’ll collaborate with Allison to ensure our barn is a place of growth and success! Your expertise will extend to administering medications and therapies, managing supplies, grooming, lunging, and preparing our equine team for competitions.
With you at the helm, our barn will shine with excellence, professionalism, and a magical touch. Your ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing plans, and smile through challenges will make you an invaluable asset to our team. We are willing to finish training the right individual who possesses the requisite personal qualities and excellent horsemanship skills!
Home base Upperville, VA in the heart of horse country. Winters in Wellington, FL & Aiken, SC
